At Goleta MyoWorks, we value your time and our commitment to providing high-quality myofunctional therapy services. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

1. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the scheduled session.
  • Missed appointments or "no-shows" are not eligible for refunds or credits.
  • You may cancel or reschedule by contacting us at [email protected].

2. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for services that have already been rendered, whether fully or partially completed.
  • Refunds for prepaid packages (if applicable) may be available only for unused sessions, and are subject to a 10% administrative fee.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Emergencies

We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. At our discretion, we may waive the cancellation fee under certain circumstances.
